I currently have SNES running fine in emulationstation, as well as KODI running from inside of my Ports system (currently, anyway, I'm going to change that as well, and try and get Kodi to run from the main menu as well, and add a KODI svg and blurry jpg to the theme). I'm just trying to get the front end pretty before I get into the rest of it. I haven't even gotten to the part where I actually see if Limelight's going to work or not.

Thanks to the article you linked, I'll work when I get home tonight (I'm on 13 hour days at work currently) and try to get it figured out. I then edited the theme.xml, but I think that this is where I goofed up. I also went into ~/etc/emulationstation/themes/ and ~etc/emulationstation/themes/simple and created a limelight directory inside of each directory to which I added a custom limelight.svg and limelight_blur.jpg which created in Inkscape and GIMP. I edited the es_systems.cfg to add the following: Where I placed two scripts, one called Pair and one called Play.

I haven't gotten far on Limelight Pi yet, but here's where I am: sudo apt-get install oracle-java8-jdk libopus0Īfter the wget and installation, I created a new Roms SAMBA share mkdir ~/RetroPie/roms/limelight Wow, thanks, that's exactly what I was looking for, it seems that my Google Fu isn't up to snuff.
